The kind of banking strategies, systems, practices and people that we’d all like to see – in an ideal world.

Since it’s not an ideal world I’m guessing this blog might ruffle a few feathers. But that’s the whole point. And since it’s a blog it’s a two way street. So I’m hoping what we say will inspire/compel/anger you enough to get a response. .
