I saw a @westpacsurryhil account advertised in the window of said branch, with an official Twitter sticker next to it. Shame the user name is cut short. This branch also has a facebook page.

Previously there were security concerns but these seem to be gradually overcome. I would be interested to know what type of queries/messages Wells Fargo are handling via Twitter.
