Firstfolio chief Mark Flack says that offering online customers an offline experience is a big mistake

UBank’s plans to launch a mortgage product have been delayed by the technical glitch that affected the payment transactions of thousands of NAB customers, a source close to the bank told Online Banking Review.

The mortgage will be the fourth product for NAB’s direct banking arm, and comes on the back of a new online mortgage from Firstfolio, and a broker-driven product from Mortgage Choice.
